Experience the masterful musicianship of award-winning guitarist, David William Ross while savoring a sumptuous, 4-course dinner at the award-winning Piedra Fina tapas bar and restaurant.
David William Ross is a guitarist, composer, producer living in New England. His work is borne of the classical tradition while drawing freely from non-western, avant-garde, and popular sources. Classically trained and deeply versed in jazz improvisation, Ross’ work has been described as ephemeral and fleeting as well as rational and composed; noted for intricacy and complexity as well as clarity and simplicity. He has written and performed for several dance companies, premiering in such venues as Baltimore's Patterson Theater, Cambridge's American Repertory Theater, and Brattleboro's Latchis Theater.
Voted "Best Latin Fusion" in 2016 by NH Magazine, Piedra Fina has been drawing praise for its traditional Latin and Latin-inspired fare from patrons and critics throughout the Monadnock region and well beyond. Piedra Fina offers an inspired tapas menu, drawing upon the cuisines of Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, and Spain. It's award-winning post-modern design and decor is the perfect setting for an intimate evening of dining and entertainment.
A special prix frixe menu (below) will be offered (exclusive of tax and gratuities). Admission for the dinner and performance is $45/pp. Proceeds from the evening will go to support Monadnock Music. Reservations are recommended.
